Shipping

DHL Express (Express Shipping)

We offer 2-7 day Worldwide Express Shipping with DHL Express. Due to Covid-19 certain areas are expected to have a slightly longer delivery time with DHL:

  • Australia: 2 days additional transit time (additional days required for outlying areas)
  • Indonesia: 2 days additional transit time
  • China: 1 day additional transit time
  • New Zealand: 5 days additional transit time (additional days required for outlying areas)
  • Pakistan: 6 days additional transit time
  • Philippines: 2 days additional transit time

If you need your shipment by a specific date, feel free to reach out with your address, the products you want and the date you need them by, and we’ll let you know if we can get it to you in time.


Processing time (First Class Shipping)

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. We ship your order within 3-5 days unless we’re on vacation. If we’re out of town there’ll be a clearly visible site-wide announcement stating that we’re away and when we’ll return/reopen and ship your order. We ship orders 1-2 times per week. When backordering you are purchasing items that are not yet in stock. These orders will be shipped within 2 weeks unless another date is specified in the product listing.


Estimated shipping times (First Class Shipping)

Norway:
Usually shipping to customers in Norway takes 2-7 business days, but it may take longer.
 
North America:
Usually shipping to customers in North America takes 5-21 business days, but it may take longer.
 
Europe:
Usually shipping to customers in Europe outside Norway takes 5-14 business days, but it may take longer.
 
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania:
Usually shipping to customers in Australia, New Zealand and Oceania takes 10-25 business days, but it may take longer.

 
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on how long it takes the logistics provider and customs to process your order (International orders). Holiday rush may also cause delays, and we always recommend ordering well ahead of time if your order is time sensitive. There’s no reason to worry if your order takes longer than the estimates above. Though it is very unusual, it can take up to 8 weeks for International orders to arrive, but most orders arrive within the time frames stated above.
 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Tailored Soap is not responsible for delays due to customs or other external factors. Please take customs charges into consideration before purchasing, and if your order is a gift please let the recipient know that it is on its way in case the recipient will be charged customs charges.
